Wondering what to do with all of those Tickets you've been earning from deliveries, chores, and other places? Exchange them for rare items before time runs out!
An NPC named Stella runs the Megastore, a shop that takes primarily Chapter Tickets, and gives out increasingly better rewards.
The items are split up into four tiers: Basic, Rare, Epic, and Mega items (Mega not visible in the screenshot above). In order to buy items from the higher tiers, you must have bought at least four items in the tier below it. After unlocking a tier, you can buy any item in it.
The lineup of items changes every Chapter, but there have been some recurring types of items in previous Chapters. The basic tier usually contains decorations and items that will boost your Ticket acquisition, while the rare tier has more useful items for general gameplay. The last two tiers have expensive, powerful items that will be highly sought after once the Chapter ends. If an item has a boost, a lightning bolt icon will indicate that in the menu.
Most items require Tickets to redeem, but a few will cost FLOWER, and others will require you to dig up some of the current Artifact from the Beach Dig Site. The items that require FLOWER will be discounted by 50% if you have an active VIP membership. Some items may have additional costs on top of what's visible in the main menu. For example, the Double Bed offered during Chapter 11 not only required 1250 Bracelets, but also 5000 Wool and 2500 Gems.
All of the decorative and wearable items at the Megastore can only be traded once the current Chapter ends. Some are non-tradeable forever, and will be marked as such.
There will be several items available that give you bonuses to Chapter Ticket acquisition. These are useful ways to get ahead, as they add +1 Ticket to every delivery, chore, board bounty, animal bounty, or any other source of Tickets. And, on Double Delivery Day, the amount after boosts is doubled, meaning you can get an extra 6 Tickets if you have all three items. Unfortunately, the items lose their boosts after the Chapter ends and become normal decorations, with very little resale value.
The three treasure Keys have been consistently available, one in each of the first three tiers. As with other ways to obtain these items, you can only get one per day, but instead of another one being available at game reset, you actually have to wait 24 hours for the item to "cool down". Other items may have cooldown periods, and some only allow you to purchase one per Chapter, so check all the details before purchasing.
The Flower Boxes are a set of three items, one in each of the first three tiers, that award FLOWER directly after opening them. The amount is random and depends on the tier, but you can check https://sfl.world/info/chests to see the possibilities and average payouts. Note that the cooldown for these items is 7 days (168 hours), down to the minute, so give yourself enough time to buy multiples if you want them.
