“Select your potions and unveil the secrets of the plants!”
The Potion Room minigame is accessible by speaking to the NPC Eins in the lower-right corner of the Plaza, near the pair of goblins. Unlike the Kingdom minigames, the Potion Room can be played as long as you have coins to pay for it. The rewards are also completely different, but definitely worth it. It resembles the board game Mastermind, and follows the same basic rules.
You can begin playing the game with at least 320 Coins. There is a multiplier setting that will increase the amount of Potion Tickets you receive when you win, but will increase the cost proportionally. Choose your level, then begin the game.
There are seven potions for you to choose from, and four slots to put them in. The first potion you select will go into the first slot, then the second, and so on. Once you finish a row of four potions, tap the Mix potion button to submit your guess. An icon for each potion will show you whether the potion belongs in that slot (Green happy face), belongs in a different slot (Yellow neutral face), doesn't belong in any slot (Orange sad face), or is the "chaos potion" (Red scared face). Rearrange your choices, and try again.
You have three attempts to get the combination correct, and the more correct potions you have in the final row, the more points you will earn, up to the maximum determined by your multiplier. If the chaos potion is in the final row, you will score no Tickets no matter if every other slot is Green.
Each successful completion of the game earns Potion Tickets, which can be turned in for various rewards. There are three cosmetic giant vegetables, which should only be bought after every other item has been claimed.
The Lab Grown Carrot, Radish, and Pumpkin are valuable items to boost your output of those crops. They can be expensive, but will help you in the long run.
The various Exotic Crops are worth high amounts of Coins, and may be eligible for Chapter Tickets at the Mega Bounty Board. Because of the changing nature of the Board, it's not recommended to buy one until it is up for sale. Even then, the low amount of Chapter Tickets compared to the high amount of Potion Tickets needed makes it hard to justify playing enough to earn one unless you have a lot of Coins and nothing to do with them.
The Magic Bean is a special item that is placed on your farm like a decoration, but after several days will reward you with a random item. It will most likely be one of the Exotics, but has a small chance of providing a special item that will provide a unique boost to your Potato, Radish, or Sunflowers. Specifically, each harvest has a 3% chance of +10 output. The “Mutant” crops are available on the Marketplace if you would rather get them through commerce than luck.
If you are set on trying to collect the Mutants, consider buying the Carrot Sword decoration first, which increases the chances of finding one by 4x.

Eins used to reside in the Woodlands zone, as one of its only residents. Once inside his house you could talk to him to play the game, or to his assistant to access the Rewards shop. According to Bert, “strange things are happening in the woodlands,” and they are not safe, so Eins moved to the Plaza to continue work on perfecting his plant potions.
