¶ Betty
Betty resides in the upper-right branch of the Plaza, between Cornwall and Timmy. She will request one or more of the current season's crops in exchange for Coins. She will always pay more than the crops would be worth by selling them directly (to her) on the market on your farm, and that reward can be increased by another 30% with the skill Betty's Friend.
She is an enterprising and busy farmer, not only buying crops in the Plaza but also running the Farmer's Market stall on every Bumpkin's farm. She is saving to buy a farm of her own someday.
She prefers any color of Pansy over other flowers when receiving a gift.
¶ Farmer's Market
Betty appears to also run the Market building on your farm, where she will sell you crop, fruit, flower, and greenhouse seeds, and buy any produce for Coins. Her building also provides a handy guide which will show which crops grow in which season, along with their base growing times and selling amounts.
