¶ Cornwell
Cornwell resides in the upper-central portion of the Plaza, near Betty. He frequently asks for the advanced crops of the current season, along with Eggs. He will offer Chapter Tickets in exchange, meaning that he is unavailable for the final weeks of each Chapter.
He is the town's librarian, as revealed in a Telegram Quest, and as such provides access to the wisdom and knowledge of the ages through his work. As of Chapter 9, he has taken to wearing a Weather Hat, an item that is still unavailable to players.
Prior to the update that removed Basic Hair from the Crafting Box, he would often ask for that item. Perhaps he was looking for a way to cover his baldness, which is why he began wearing the Weather Hat.
Cornwell prefers any color of Balloon Flower as a gift.
