¶ Finley
Finley resides in the central part of the Beach, on a pier to the left of Miranda. She frequently requests Fishing Rods and various baits obtained from composters, in exchange for Chapter Tickets. As a Ticket Delivery NPC, she will be unavailable during the final weeks of each Chapter, though she will remain where she is.
She is the sister of Finn, and is engaged in an ongoing competition to catch the most fish. She wears the very rare Squid Hat, possibly a creature she caught and convinced to stay on her head in exchange for food.
Finley prefers any color of Daffodil over other flowers.
