The other of the old goblins who hang around the lower-right corner of the Plaza. Like all goblins, he requests cooked foods in exchange for FLOWER, though his reasons for doing so seem a little different than the others.
Grimtooth's quotes imply that he is using the delivered food as components for magical spells, similar to Raven. The hammer that he carries may be a magical device used to construct arcane items, rather than buildings. This helps explain why he periodically requests flowers, although other goblins have been known to eat them…
To complete his requests, you will need nearly all of the cooking buildings, and some skill at fishing and growing flowers.
